While in New York City, we stopped by Kitchen Arts & Letters, a mecca for lovers of food, books and culinary learning. The store is the go-to resource for leading chefs around the country, providing them with everything from the newest releases from both the U.S. and overseas to rare, out-of-print cookbooks capturing particular moments in culinary history. Manager Matt Sartwell gave us a tour of the store and told us more about the philosophy that drives Kitchen Arts & Letters to meet the needs of chefs.
